Prescription refills

If you are in need of prescription refill, we will be happy to call it in to your pharmacy of choice. Please call 305-571-0620 and dial 5 when prompted to reach our pharmacy line. Be ready with the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Medication
  • Pharmacy name and phone number

Our medical staff will call in your refill by 5pm that same day. If you call after 5pm, your prescription will not be called in until the following day. Please note that if you call during nights or weekends, your refill will not be called in until Monday. You may call your pharmacist and request an emergency supply.

Lab results

If you have had blood work done, please call our lab line at 305-571-0620 and dial 6 when prompted. Be ready with the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone number
  • Fax number
  • Date of test
  • Name of prescribing physician

We pride ourselves in returning all calls on the same day. If your request is made after 4:30pm, we will return your call the following business day.

When your call is received, our medical staff will review your records let you know if your results are ready. They will also be happy to provide you with copies of your results if you have already reviewed them with your doctor.

We believe in the highest levels of quality care. Face-to-face discussions with your doctor are imperative to fully understand your lab and test results.

For your safety, telephone authorizations for all controlled substances are prohibited. Federal law mandates prescriptions for these medications must be hand written by your doctor.
